"This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had with an insurance agency. For over a year, I dealt with constant billing issues — overcharges, double billing, and unexplained policy changes. Every six months, something was wrong with my bill, and I always had to chase them down to fix it. Most recently, my premiums were clearly documented at $425.55/month across both cars, yet I was charged over $500. I provided screenshots from my account showing the correct amounts, but the bills never matched. What makes it worse is that this isn’t an isolated mistake — it’s a repeated pattern. It’s also worth noting that their inflated Google rating doesn’t reflect reality; they actively push customers to leave 5-star reviews by offering incentives. I finally canceled my policies because I was tired of the dishonest business practices. If you’re considering this agency, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere."

"This office, for years, has provided the highest level of customer service I could have asked for. Recently new personnel has taken over and the service has been atrocious. In the beginning of July I requested a policy change. In late July I noticed the policy change I requested was not done as my auto draft did not reflect the rate change. For over three weeks I drove a vehicle without being properly insured. Dropping people's names in a bad review is not worth it, I only want to state that if a customer has this bad of an experience maybe the person who's name is on the building should reach out to apologize? Am I crazy for thinking that? I decided to transfer out of this office and still never heard from the agent. I hope something like this never happens to a client of there's."
